Baku meeting of Religious Leaders is held within the framework of the  Forum on Intercultural Dialogue

 
Baku hosts a meeting of religious leaders on May 1 within the framework of the VI World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue.
Religious leaders from more than 30 countries of the world take part in the event , AZERTAG informs.  .
Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board (CMB) Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade and high representative of the UN Alliance of Civilizations Miguel Angel Moratinos will make an opening speech at the meeting.
The Baku meeting will continue its work with a plenary session. The session, which will be organized by the Caucasus Muslims Board, the UN Alliance of Civilizations and ICESCO, is dedicated to "Strengthening Trust through Interreligious Dialogue".
It should be noted that the World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, which is an integral part of the “Baku Process”, will last three days. 12 panel discussions and 4 plenary sessions will be organized within the framework of the event.
The discussion topics of the Forum, which is attended by about 700 distinguished guests from more than a hundred countries, are Education, Youth, Climate Change, Artificial İntelligence, protection of cultural heritage, protection of religious diversity, illegal migration and other issues.
