Chairman of the CMB gived his condolences to Patriarch Kirill

His Virtue Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh sent a letter of condolence to His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia for the passing away of Archbishop Alexander of Baku and Azerbaijan.
 
Below is the text of the letter.

Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia

In the name of the One Creator!
 
Your Holiness!
On behalf of the Muslims of Azerbaijan and on my own, I express my deep condolences to Your Holiness, and in your person to the entire Orthodox world in regard to the passing away of His Eminence, Archbishop of Baku and Azerbaijan Alexandr.
 We and all those who knew and respected His Eminence Aleksandr deeply saddened with the passing away of this wise and revered religious figure. His Eminence devoted an important part of his life to high religious service in Azerbaijan. We are grateful to the Russian Orthodox Church for being obtained in the person of His Eminence Aleksandr a great friend, who loved Azerbaijan and  was beloved as a spiritual shepherd, carrying to the people the Word of our One Supreme Creator. As the head of the Russian Orthodox community, he was a prominent member of the multinational and multi-confessional Azerbaijani society, and he was always proud to be a part of this society. With his high religious ideals and personal qualities, boundless tolerance, His Eminence Aleksandr enjoyed love, recognition, trust and respect of people in the multicultural Azerbaijan and throughout the Caucasus. With deep respect the Azerbaijani people will keep forever the memory of the Archbishop of Baku and Azerbaijan Aleksandr, who won the name of the Goodwill Ambassador of the Russian Orthodox Church in Azerbaijan because of his activities and high personal qualities. His dear memory will remain in our hearts.
Your Holiness! In these moments of sorrow, please accept our most sincere condolences.
May the Almighty rest in peace the soul of our brother Aleksandr!
